Shane
Master Instructor / Partner
Shane is a classically trained dancer turned International Pilates educator with a passion for movement, performance, and healing. Shane earned her BPA in Dance Performance from Oklahoma City University, consistently ranked alongside Juilliard as one of North America’s top dance programs. There, she trained under industry legends including Jo Rowan, founder of The Ann Lacey School of American Dance and Entertainment, and continued her trained with Alvin Ailey in Chicago.
Her professional dance career has taken her from National Championship Cheer and Hick-Kick teams to the NFL Super Bowl and halftime shows. She has performed in Las Vegas productions like Jubilee and Folies Bergere, and internationally across Micronesia.
With over 20 years of experience in Pilates, Shane holds NCPT and PMA certifications. She has taught internationally-including in Tokyo-and specialize in working with professional athletes and high-end clientele. Shane has also collaborated closely with orthopedic surgeons at the Knee and Shoulder Institute in Las Vegas, developing a physical therapy-based Pilates program focused on recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.

Megan was a student of Shane’s for 18 years which cultivated her love of Pilates and ultimately her desire to become an internationally certified Pilates Instructor. As a compliment to her pilates training she has also had the opportunity to work with industry leading training professionals to perfect her knowledge of proper form in exercise movement. She is able to use this knowledge to achieve the best and most desired outcomes during a clients workout journey. Understand individuals limitations she is able to help them achieve and surpass their goals while working around and improving upon those limitations. In addition to her knowledge of Pilates practice and movement she has a background of working with body forms for dress and costume design making her an expert on balance, symmetry and movement. She loves being able to help individuals feel more confident, healthy and strong in a fun encouraging environment!
